REFUND POLICY

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Services offered at D’FlawlessBody Medspa PLLC are medical and wellness-based and involve the provider’s time, professional expertise, and consumable products. For this reason, all fees are non-refundable once services have begun. Results vary for each individual, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Failure to achieve desired results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Clients acknowledge responsibility for keeping scheduled appointments, providing accurate health information, and following provider guidance. In rare cases where participation is discontinued for medical safety reasons, credits toward alternate services may be offered at the sole discretion of the Practice.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, D’FlawlessBody Medspa, its providers, and staff disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or the application of this Refund Policy.

REFUND POLICY  

All services, programs, memberships, and packages at D’FlawlessBody Medspa PLLC are considered final sales once services have commenced. Because our offerings include professional time, medical oversight, and consumable products, we cannot issue refunds for completed services, partially used memberships, or missed appointments.

  • Memberships and Programs: Fees are billed at enrollment and on a recurring basis (where applicable). These fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. Cancellations may be requested with at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date.

  • Single Services and Packages: Payments for injections, IV therapy, or aesthetic treatments are non-refundable once rendered. Prepaid packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase and are non-transferable.

  • No-Shows and Late Cancellations: Missed appointments or cancellations made outside of the required window are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to provider availability.

  • Medical Eligibility: If you are found medically ineligible to continue a program after enrollment, you may receive a credit toward other services, but cash refunds will not be provided.

  • Products: If retail products are sold, unopened items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days. Opened products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE REFUND POLICY

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
