Services offered by D’FlawlessBody Medspa PLLC are for wellness, weight management, IV hydration, vitamin therapy, and aesthetic support under the supervision of a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. These services are not a substitute for care from your primary care physician or specialist. Individual results vary, and no guarantee is made regarding weight loss, body composition, or aesthetic outcomes.
All medical services carry risks, including but not limited to injection-site reactions, allergic responses, gastrointestinal upset, vein irritation, or other complications. Serious events, though rare, may occur. Clients accept responsibility for following all medical guidance, promptly reporting side effects, and seeking emergency care when appropriate.
D’FlawlessBody Medspa does not bill or accept insurance for services. Prescription medications may be sent to your pharmacy, and insurance coverage is determined solely by your insurer. Clients without insurance are responsible for all medication and laboratory costs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D’FlawlessBody Medspa, its providers, and staff disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of this website. These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Connecticut courts.
