Nutrition Intake & Care Planning Call

Service Description
This brief 15-minute call is available exclusively to clients participating in the Women in Purpose Wellness Center collaboration. The purpose of the call is to review your goals, lifestyle, and nutrition needs so the most appropriate next step can be recommended—whether that is a structured nutrition plan or a comprehensive nutrition and body composition consultation. This session is informational in nature and does not include individualized nutrition counseling or treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be scheduled through the official booking system and are based on provider availability and program eligibility. Clients may cancel appointments online without penalty more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time. Appointments cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of the appointment time or missed without notice may be charged a fifty-dollar ($50) late cancellation or no-show fee to the payment method on file. Clients may reschedule appointments online up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time. A valid payment method is required to be kept on file at the time of booking to secure appointment reservations and any applicable cancellation or no-show charges. Placement on a waitlist does not guarantee appointment availability. If an appointment becomes available, clients may book based on real-time availability. Appointment access may be limited based on membership status, program enrollment, or clinical eligibility. Booking an appointment does not guarantee medical clearance for treatment. These policies are provided in accordance with Connecticut consumer protection standards and are subject to update with reasonable notice.
